Eucalyptus Sage is known to bring emotional balance, eliminate mental exhaustion and bring new energy. This sage stick is dried with eucalyptus and then delicately hand wrapped with a string.

Palo Santo, also called "Holy Wood", is used as a purifying incense. Its sweet fragrance creates a soothing atmosphere and perfumes your surroundings to drive away bad smells and mosquitoes.

Using the sage stick and Palo Santo together can be even more powerful. You can start by burning your sage, then follow up with the Palo Santo.

DIRECTIONS

Start by opening all windows to let out negative energy.

Light the sage or Palo Santo, letting it burn for about 20 seconds, then gently blow on the flame.

Set an intention in mind that you wish to manifest.

Purify a room by directing the sage clockwise on the walls, corners and floors, spreading the smoke out towards the door to release any bad energy.

Finally, sage yourself by slowly guiding the smoke around your body starting from your toes to your head.

Use one of our Himalayan salt holders to set the stick down and burn and to collect the ashes in peace of mind.
