Shipping and Return Policy

*Please note that our offices will be closed from July 27th to August 4th, 2024 inclusively, all orders placed after July 26th, 2024 will be processed from August 5th! Thank you for your understanding!


SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

1. Mailing

All our orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays.

  • Standard shipping with tracking is ALWAYS FREE for all orders over $75 within Canada.
  • For all orders under $75, delivery charges are calculated with your postal code in your shopping cart.
  • Standard shipping with tracking to the USA is available at a flat rate of CAD $15.00. The company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

We do our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, delivery delays can occasionally occur. Depending on your location, it can take up to 6 weeks for your items to arrive.

Shipping time examples:

  • Canada: 4 - 15 business days. 
  • USA: 15 - 35 business days. 

Please note that due to Covid19 delays, your item may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

2. Local pick-up

We also offer pick-up at our Montreal office. It's fast and free! 📦

RETURN POLICY

In the event that your product is defective, please contact our customer service at info@gantrenaissance.com or by phone at 1 (833) 201-1012 within ten (10) days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns or refund. Only exchanges for manufacturing defect within the 10 days can be accepted.

For any products damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
