Shipping policy

All our orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays.

• Standard shipping with tracking is FREE for all orders over $ 75 within Canada.
• For all orders under $ 75, delivery charges are calculated with your postal code in your shopping cart.
• Standard shipping with tracking to the USA is available at a flat rate of 15.00 $ USD. The company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

We do our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, delivery delays can occasionally occur. Depending on your location, it can take up to 6 weeks for your items to arrive.

Shipping time examples:

• Canada: 4 - 15 business days. Please note that due to Covid19 delays, your item may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
